A level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, Jude is also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist practicing medical acupuncture and myofascial decompression techniques (cupping). With 20 years experience of yoga practice, Jude turned to yoga when a snow boarding injury led to the need to work on some serious core strength. Whilst she really noticed the physical benefits of regular practice, it was the restorative calm of yoga that had her really hooked.
As a PT, she really enjoys training women who are looking to improve their fitness after a break to bring up their children - with two young boys of her own, she knows what a hard step this can be!
