

YOGA: Why bother?
I had a client in the clinic this week and, out of the blue, she asked me what was so good about yoga. I am ashamed to admit, I was a bit stumped, which sounds ridiculous coming from someone that practices every day, often several times a day, and thinks about and plans classes constantly.
